Gordon A Rose | Principal Engineer
Gordon prides himself on being more than the typical engineer or project manager. While his expertise includes engineering calculations, design drawings and management of multi-phased, multi-disciplined projects, his passion is as a problem solver. He enjoys transforming a client’s vision into reality. He utilizes a creative approach to design challenges and seeks innovative solutions to meet project requirements and budgets. Gordon closely collaborates with engineers, architects and other design professionals and communicates ideas in a way all stakeholders can understand so cooperative solutions are found.
C. Heath Wadsworth | Principal Engineer
Heath is known for his ability to create innovative and sustainable stormwater solutions that blend into a site and function as part of the landscape. He has more than 20 years of civil engineering experience servicing as a project manager/engineer on stormwater management, stormwater drainage design, flood studies, watershed studies and stream restoration projects for local, state and federal governments, private mitigation bankers and counties. Heath has the talent and experience to successfully carry a project from the conceptual design and planning phases through to construction drawing development and installation.


James B. Reed | Principal Engineer
Jim has worked on and managed a wide variety of projects in his career ranging from parking lots, roadway and intersection improvements and airfields, both civilian and military. Jim brings an attention to detail to every project he works on. He is thorough in his research of requirements and in development of construction documents. Jim consistently turns out a product that is accurate, detailed and meets requirements…both regulatory and his own requirements. This attention to detail helps him to identify issues before they arise and adapt his designs to address those issues early on.

Sarah Davis | Designer
In her brief career, Sarah has progressed rapidly. As a Project Designer she has been exposed to multiple projects involving site design, roadway design, preparation of drainage calculations, preparation of erosion control plans and assistance with permitting. These projects have included private developers, local municipal clients and the federal government. She is conscientious and pays attention to the detail. She has been able to quickly identify issues and develop solutions with minimal guidance.
