He has more than 20 years of civil engineering experience servicing as a project manager/engineer on stormwater management, stormwater drainage design, flood studies, watershed studies and stream restoration projects for local, state and federal governments, private mitigation bankers and counties. Heath has the talent and experience to successfully carry a project from the conceptual design and planning phases through to construction drawing development and installation.

Jim has worked on and managed a wide variety of projects in his career ranging from parking lots, roadway and intersection improvements and airfields, both civilian and military. Jim brings an attention to detail to every project he works on. He is thorough in his research of requirements and in development of construction documents. Jim consistently turns out a product that is accurate, detailed and meets requirements…both regulatory and his own requirements. This attention to detail helps him to identify issues before they arise and adapt his designs to address those issues early on.

Sujit Ekka is a highly experienced stormwater engineer with almost 20 years of experience in water resources and environmental engineering. He is responsible for municipal water resources/stormwater market sector growth, project management, and technical leadership for a variety of stormwater/water resources engineering projects. Sujit leads and manages diverse stormwater/water resources engineering projects by building cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams for developing effective solutions to complex problems. He maintains strong relationships with industry peers and researchers to continuously learn and stay updated in the rapidly evolving field of stormwater management.

His extensive experience and expertise in water resources and environmental engineering make him a valuable asset to any project team. Alex Nice has over 30 years of diverse and extensive experience in civil infrastructure planning, analysis, permitting, design, construction, inspection, and maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering services to municipal, transportation, and industrial organizations. He has expertise in stormwater management and hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) analysis and has served as project manager, technical lead, and project engineer on both small projects and large multidisciplinary programs.
